仕事内容	In this position, you will lead product marketing for automotive semiconductor solutions in key powertrain applications. You will collaborate with global and local teams to define market strategy and maximize commercial success. Description * Develop and execute marketing strategies for automotive powertrain applications (e.g., inverters, battery systems, on-board chargers). * Coordinate product promotions with internal teams and distribution partners. * Manage pricing strategies, forecasts, and customer communications. * Act as the commercial bridge between global HQ and Japanese automotive clients. * Conduct market research and share future technology trends with internal teams. * Deliver training sessions and support public relations initiatives. Profile * 3-5 years' experience in semiconductor marketing, sales, or engineering (automotive sector preferred). * Alternatively, engineering experience at an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier with interest in marketing. * Native-level Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 700+). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with logical thinking. * Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Background in science or engineering is a plus. * International experience (work/study abroad) is welcomed. 応募条件	Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC 800+), with strong communication skills. Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry. Business-level Japanese proficiency. Background in B2B environments, with customer support experience being an advantage. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
