仕事内容	We are seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager with a passion for travel and tourism. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing strategic partnerships to drive brand growth and awareness. Description * Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and awareness. * Create and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners. * Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in marketing initiatives. * Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the company's reach. * Manage partner relations and negotiate contracts. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. * Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and company growth. Profile * Proven experience in partnership marketing * Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. * Excellent analytical skills to track partnership performance. * Creativity and strategic thinking in developing marketing initiatives. * Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
