仕事内容	In this position, you will lead the end-to-end development of inbound logistics services tailored to vendor partners. Drive customer-focused service innovation while managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Description * Develop and articulate strategy for new inbound supply chain services. * Identify and translate vendor needs into scalable service requirements. * Define product vision and roadmap based on stakeholder and customer insights. * Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to deliver the minimum lovable product (MLP). * Measure business impact and continuously optimize service performance. * Lead internal reviews and ensure alignment with broader business goals. Profile * Experience managing products or programs in logistics, supply chain, or B2B service industries. * Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights. * Skilled at working cross-functionally with diverse teams. * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to remove blockers. * Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, detail-oriented and customer-obsessed. * Business-level English required; Japanese is a strong plus.
