仕事内容	The Accounting Manager position will take charge of managing the accounting function in a global leader in motion and control technologies based in Tokyo. The role demands a strategic perspective, solid accounting knowledge, and a passion for driving financial performance. It comes with excellent salary package and career path to step up. Description * Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition * Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances * Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings * Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls * Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting * Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, and annual year-end audit with external auditors * Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors * Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential Profile A successful Accounting Manager should have: * Experience managing accounting functions, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL * Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping * Proficient in Japanese and English * Leadership/ management experience Job Offer * A competitive salary package * Bonus scheme * Opportunities for professional growth and career progression * An inclusive and respectful work environment We believe that our employees are our strongest asset.
