仕事内容	The Product Manager will play a vital role in the FMCG sector, driving the development and execution of product strategies and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. This role is based in Tokyo and focuses on delivering innovative products to the market. Description * Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. * Oversee product development and monitor trends that affect product performance. * Evaluate competitive positioning and adjust strategies as needed. * Establish timelines and develop marketing strategies for new products. * Manage and communicate with stakeholders about product development progress and results. * Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements. * Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Profile A successful Product Manager should have: * A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience in product management or related role within the FMCG industry. * Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Knowledge of market research methods and analysis. * A customer-focused approach and a keen eye for detail.
