仕事内容	Oversees the project by managing a team of engineers and outside stakeholders while making sure the project is on time, in budget and comply to all the requirements. The job requires a certain level of passion and flexibility and the ability to communicate vertically and horizontally. Description Responsibilities: * Define project scope, objective and deliverable * Manage the project resources and budget * Set KPI through certain frameworks and progress report creation * Facilitate communication with business and engineering side * Manage expectations in all phases of the project with relevant stakeholders * Manage internal and external stakeholders Profile * Experience in web application project management * Experienced in SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodology * Have experienced end-to-end project management * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Has outstanding understanding or knowledge of IT and Software Development * Good presentation skill * Good communication skill * Experience in Github/JIRA/Confluence * Japanese (N2 or above) Good to have: * Project Management Professional（PMP）certified * Software development background Job Offer * International environment and culture * Hybrid working from home scheme * Work in one of the fastest growing web services in the industry!
