仕事内容	旅行・運輸・物流業界向けに、グローバルな新世代のITソリューションを提供するリーディングカンパニーです。 Our customer has plans to migrate the current SAP ECC application (specifically FICO/FSCM modules) to S/4 HANA. Functional testing, cutover support and project coordination services for the Application Migration are requested by the customer. Accordingly, This company is looking for bilingual candidates (Japanese Native) with customer support/ IT coordinator related work experience. Selected candidate will coordinate the tasks and information flow between customer and offshore team. Details of responsibilities are mentioned in sections below. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the discussions between customer, other vendors and offshore team in order to develop common understanding of the project plans and work progress - Collect offshore team responses and respond to customer appropriately in the Native language - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations requested by customer and offshore team member - Organize and facilitate meetings with customer, taking detailed notes and following up on action items. - Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes as needed. - Provide adequate visibility and support to Project Manager in order to achieve planned milestones and deadlines - Provide adequate support to customer and offshore team members to complete the deliverables with quality 同社顧客は、現在のSAP ECCアプリケーション（特にFICO/FSCMモジュール）をS/4 HANAに移行する予定で、アプリケーション移行のための機能テスト、カットオーバーサポート、プロジェクトコーディネーション業務を担って頂ける方を求めております。 SAPプロジェクトにおける、カスタマーサポートやITコーディネーター関連の業務経験を持つバイリンガル候補者（日本語ネイティブ）を募集しています。顧客とオフショアチーム間のタスクおよび情報の流れを調整して頂きます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。職務内容 - 顧客、他ベンダー、オフショアチーム間のディスカッションを調整し、プロジェクト計画や作業進捗に関する共通理解を深める - オフショアチームからの回答を収集し、顧客へ日本語で適切に回答する - 顧客やオフショアチームメンバーから要求されたプロジェクト文書、報告書、プレゼンテーションの作成と管理 - 顧客とのミーティングを企画、進行し、詳細なメモを取り、アクションアイテムのフォローアップを行う - 必要に応じて、文書、電子メール、ミーティングノートを翻訳する - 計画されたマイルストーンと期限を達成するため、プロジェクトマネージャーを適切に把握し、サポートする - 顧客とオフショアチームメンバーに適切なサポートを提供し、成果物を高品質で完成させる

応募条件	必須要件： - 5年以上のIT業界における関連実務経験(SAP関連のカスタマーサポートやITコーディネーター経験)をお持ちの方 - SAP FICO/FSCMモジュールまたは類似のERPアプリケーションの基礎知識 - 航空会社や旅行代理店などの旅行関連業界におけるSAP FICO、FSCMモジュールの実装関連業務経験をお持ちの方 - SAP FICO/FSCMモジュールの顧客要件に関する文書/詳細を分析・作成し、オフショアチームに説明できる方 - 日本語力が母語レベルでビジネスレベル以上の英語力（筆記・会話）をお持ちの方 - 日本の顧客と仕事をした実績がある方 - チームや顧客と積極的に交流できる方 - 有効な日本の労働許可証および在留カードを所持されている方 - More than 5 years in IT application work experience - Basic Knowledge of SAP FICO/FSCM modules or similar ERP applications - Implementation related work Experience in SAP FICO, FSCM modules in Travel related Industry like Airlines or Travel Agency is preferred - Analyze and prepare documents/details regarding the customer requirements for the SAP FICO/FSCM modules and explain the same to the Offshore team - Have good understanding about IT system - Good command of English (More than Business level, TOEIC 850～) and Native-level in Japanese - Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively - Support to redesign financial processes to make the process more efficiently - Hold valid Japan work permit and Japan residence card
