仕事内容	As a Product Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing new and existing product management strategies while driving products sales across multiple channels. Description * Lead new product launches and manage national/regional fragrance promotions to drive sales. * Develop and execute omni-channel sales strategies, focusing on e-commerce, e-retail, and MBS. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, digital, CRM, supply chain) to enhance brand visibility and ensure smooth operations. * Analyze market trends & competitors, manage A&P budgets, and support training initiatives for sales teams.
