仕事内容 |
A Technical Support Director position is now available at a global medical healthcare company. The chosen individual will handle people management for FSE, Product Repair Engineer, IT and Help Line. Responsibilities: * Lead technical support team's personnel * Develop training plan for technical support team * Handle service parts, inventory, and stock according to budget and previous year * Control service revenue within budget and the previous year * Manage service contracts (new and renewals) * Conduct incoming inspections for ACL, GEM, and others promptly * Repair instruments for ACL, GEM, and others within designated timeframes * Record customer calls on web line Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Business, or a related discipline * More than 5 years of medical business-related experience * Practical experience in the IVD or medical device market * Prior work experience in ISO 13485 or 9001 * Technical expertise in medical instrument including maintenance and repair * Experience in business analytics and understand business and operations underlying data structure * Skilled in MS Office Suite * Experience use SAP is ideal * Fluent level English; native level Japanese |
