仕事内容 |
☆ You will effectively use telephone and email to develop sales activities and close deals. ☆ You will work with field sales, or work alone to build relationships with existing customers and approach new customers Description ☆ Negotiations and case-finding activities - Telesales activities (outbound and inbound calls) - Promotion and campaign promotion - Analysis and understanding of customer needs - Understanding of customer decision-making process ☆ Product proposals - Closing activities - Understanding Company strategies, products, and product configurations / Competitor strategies, products, and product configurations - Preparation, development, and proposal activities for product proposals ☆ Business management - Understanding of in-house CRM tools and customer data management - Customer management ☆ Pre-sales and order management - Analysis of order management and order-related issues - Identifying and responding to solutions ☆ Post-sales management - Payment management - Proposal activities based on product transition - Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers for their next purchase Profile ☆ Proven experience in Sales and goal achievement. ☆ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ☆ Proficiency in Japanese and English is required. ☆ Over 3-5 years of IT-related sales experience is preferable Job Offer * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation.
