Lead strategic planning and development efforts to enhance logistics solutions, fostering business growth and innovation. Description * Conduct research to understand market and customer needs. * Develop industry-specific business plans to drive growth. * Identify strategic locations and necessary capabilities for effective sales. * Collaborate with internal teams to align on recommended approaches. * Manage the portfolio of end-to-end solutions and drive innovation. * Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Profile * Bachelor's degree preferred with 15+ years of experience in logistics. * Strong understanding of global supply chain solutions and market dynamics. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese or other languages is advantageous.
