仕事内容	This is the first Marketing position in Japan that will plan and execute brand strategies to drive sales and market share. Description * Develop brand marketing and communications strategies. * Drive campaigns & programs that will enhance brand image. * Lead and organise the marketing team. * Working closely with the regional and global team to align on strategy and execution. Profile * From 10 years of Marketing experience including minimum 5 years in consumer healthcare/beauty/FMCG. * Some experience with digital (strategy, monitoring, data analytics) and some understanding about e-commerce. * Fluent in Japanese and English. * People management experience is a plus.
