仕事内容	You will oversee the Company's Diagnostic Solutions Global Service & Training (GST) function in Japan, ensuring high-quality service and support to customers on all Company's systems and instruments. This role involves leading and mentoring a team, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining compliance with company standards and protocols. Description * Lead and provide direction to the Japan GST function, ensuring customer and operational excellence. * Manage day-to-day operations, including compliance with company standards and protocols. * Mentor and provide feedback on performance, as well as oversee technical performance assessments and counseling for associates. * Plan and participate in user meetings and key congresses, manage customer technical review processes, and collaborate with other functions to optimize customer order configuration and reagent utilization efficiencies. * Escalate customer needs and actively lead in follow-up of issues raised by technical service & training associates. Profile * Medical Technology certification or degree, engineering or technical degree, or electronics certification. * Minimum of 7-10 years' experience supporting highly complex diagnostic equipment or assays. * Demonstrated expertise in supporting and servicing highly complex instrumentation, with strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Position will be based at the Tokyo Headquarter with up to 70% travel required. You must have ability to travel outside assigned geographic area. As needed, will cover additional geographic regions to facilitate significant service requirement of customer base.
