仕事内容	Looking for an experience Project Development Manager to reinforce the offshore wind business. Description As an Offshore Wind Project Manager, your role will involve collaborating with our organization to increase the number of offshore wind energy power plants in Japan. Key responsibilities include obtaining permits and local agreements, formulating unique projects with community involvement, and overseeing project management activities. You will manage partnerships, select EPC companies, handle procurement and construction management, budget and cost management, and build/maintain relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in finance arrangement, including bank negotiations, and forming new partnerships to expand renewable energy. Profile Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Mandatory Requirements: * 5+ years of work experience in the offshore wind industry * 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with large-scale IPPs * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Proficient in English for discussions related to offshore wind power * Japanese language proficiency (for foreign nationals) Welcome Experience: * Offshore wind project management experience * Holder of qualifications in electrical, engineering Job Offer We strive for an autonomous decentralized society, fostering an environment where employees can work autonomously with flexible hours and remote options (depending on job content).
