Job Description As a Finance Director for this company, you will have the opportunity to lead over Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury IT. You will be in charge of the accountability to deliver financial targets in order to drive the company in the right direction.


Description

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensure strict adherence to local statutory obligations and Group internal processes and procedures.
* Conduct comprehensive analyses of results, variances, and forecasts to enhance management's understanding of business risks and opportunities.
* Actively participate in key decisions regarding opex, capex, contract negotiation, tax, and legal considerations.
* Provide strategic leadership to the finance team, offering direction and support to foster operational efficiency and uphold compliance standards.


Profile

The successful candidate must have:

* A deep understanding of both Japanese culture and international business environments, possessing native-level English communication skills.
* 10 to 15 years of experience in financial management, with extensive knowledge in accounting, financial planning, and tax planning.
* Strong leadership qualities, flexibility, and the ability to think and operate multidimensional.
* Familiarity in financial software and ERP systems is required.
