Job Description |
As a guideline, you will learn hall kitchen operations in 3 months, and management and supervisory duties in 6 months. After being promoted to store manager, you will be responsible for managing the store as the final decision maker. |

Twice a year (June, December/2 months of basic salary x 2 times a year) *Depends on performance ≪No relocation, limited to working from home≫ 40% bonus + no housing allowance ≪Relocation within the area≫ 50% bonus + housing allowance ❥7 consecutive days off twice a year + 5 days of paid leave guaranteed ❥Family allowance (10,000 yen per month for spouse, 5,000 yen per month per child) ❥No transfers for those who are married or caring for the elderly (within the area) ❥Family convention (Once a year/events to explain management policies, award ceremonies, parties, etc./Family and loved ones can participate) ❥Wage compensation system for sickness and injury (Part of salary will be compensated for the period until return to work if unable to work due to illness or injury) ❥Subsidies for transfers (62,000 yen per month for single-person employees, subsidy for returning home, subsidy for moving expenses, etc.) |
