You will be responsible for recruiting for a global engineering development team consisting of members from over 20 countries, including specialists from major tech companies. Under the guidance of an experienced recruitment manager, we will build a team where diverse talent can thrive. Job Description

Interview Coordination:
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and engineering team members

- Using English and Japanese in a global environment

Recruitment Process Analysis:
- Regularly reporting the results of recruitment activities to relevant parties based on data

**Recruitment Channel Development:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract high-quality applicants by developing new recruitment methods and improving existing methods

Candidate Experience Improvement:
- Implementing various improvements to ensure that applicants can proceed through the recruitment process smoothly and fairly

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Operation:
- Managing our ATS and related tools

Requirements
Application requirements

Required:
- Practical experience in HR or related occupations (years of experience not important)

- Business level English and Japanese skills

Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting engineers, mid-career recruitment in the IT industry

- Management experience

- Experience in data analysis and reporting

- Experience using HR-related tools such as ATS

- Ability to communicate smoothly with candidates from different cultures and backgrounds

- Experience in planning and implementing new recruitment strategies
