This role oversees strategic planning for the Japan market, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure success within the company. By utilising data-driven insights, it guides decision-making to achieve impactful business outcomes. Description * Integrate diverse insights and complexities to define strategic business direction and devise actionable solutions * Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategies, prioritise efforts, and engage stakeholders effectively * Utilise data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making at the Operating Unit level and across functions * Discern relevant data amidst noise and integrate contextual data from multiple countries into localised perspectives * Identify and leverage appropriate data sources to inform business choices and solutions Profile * Over 10 years of experience across multiple Business Development roles such as Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Insights, Consulting, and PMO * Proven track record as a thought leader and adept at coordinating cross-functional teams * Experience of aligning strategies and influencing senior leadership effectively * Strong understanding of the Japanese market and consumer preferences * Native-level of Japanese and business level of English Job Offer * Competitive salary package commensurate with the seniority of the position and experience of the candidate * Performance-based bonuses or incentives tied to achieving business targets and objectives * International exposure as the role will be managing both Japan and Korea To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
