Job Description	A listed company with over 70 years of history. We are hiring a full-time mechanical design position for a commercial air conditioner manufacturer. We supply air conditioners to large facilities such as offices, hospitals, schools, stations, and airports, and have the top share in Japan! We have a track record of advanced technical capabilities, flexible response, and a long history, such as responding to individual orders according to the characteristics and uses of the building. We have five production bases in Japan and overseas. (Domestic: Okayama, Kanagawa Overseas: China, Taiwan) We are looking for researchers who will use CAE to perform structural analysis, vibration analysis, and thermal fluid analysis. You will be working on technological development that will be the core of the company's development. [Job description] - Basic research, new development, and improvement design (main duties will be simulations using CAE analysis and various measurement experiments) - Development and design work such as prototypes using 3DCAD ★ All products are custom-made to meet customer requests. It's fun to create something new every time! ★ It's very rewarding to be able to see the things you design and analyze actually being made in the factory. ★First of all, we will provide you with thorough training to gain product knowledge and understanding of air conditioners, so even if you have no experience in the industry, don't worry!

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 6000K
