[Job Description] In this role, you will work with the marketing department to enhance marketing activities through customer journey tracking including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Pardot. In addition, you will work to improve the back-end of the website and its integration with the Salesforce CRM system to improve customer acquisition flows. By working with various business units, you will lead the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM system, contributing to promoting marketing and sales activities in the global division, improving class operations, and ultimately improving customer satisfaction for students and faculty. This is an exciting and challenging position that requires hard and soft skills, algorithmic and strategic thinking, and a desire to manage IT from a business perspective. This position is perfect for engineers who want to go beyond engineering and make a real impact on the success of the business. Key responsibilities include: ■New Development: Propose new ideas for system optimization and improvement, understand the business problems faced by staff, and design and implement solutions. ■Maintenance: Responsible for daily administrative tasks such as user account maintenance, data cleaning, debugging Apex code, and troubleshooting. ■Vendor Management: Communicate requirements to vendors, evaluate proposals, assess risks, conduct testing, and manage development schedules. ■Training and Knowledge Sharing: Train new users and help teams and departments improve their IT skills so they can use them in their work. ■Collaboration: Lead collaboration between our department and other departments, as well as external Salesforce development consultants. ■Documentation: Create documentation and SOPs and establish guidelines for other staff. |
