Job Description	A listed company with over 70 years of history. We are hiring full-time employees at a commercial air conditioner manufacturer. We supply air conditioners to large facilities such as offices, hospitals, schools, stations, and factories, and have the top share in Japan. We have a track record built on advanced technical capabilities, flexible response capabilities, and a long history, such as responding to individual orders according to the characteristics and uses of the building. We have five production bases in Japan and overseas. In addition to the Okayama and Kanagawa factories in Japan, we have bases in China and Taiwan overseas, and can respond to the ASEAN region, India, and the Middle East. We are currently recruiting for [2D-CAD mechanical design] to strengthen our internal structure in the future. All products are made to order according to customer requests. You can also take on dynamic projects where it takes several days to design one unit! Don't worry, we also have senior employees who joined the company without any practical experience! <Job Description> - First, training on product knowledge and mechanisms of air conditioners - Using 2D-CAD, create drawings of parts used in commercial air conditioners while learning from senior employees *Plans to switch to 3D-CAD in the future

Job Requirements	・Some experience in mechanical design ・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 equivalent (score does not matter)
Japanese Level	Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 6000K
Other Salary Description	■ Annual salary: 4-6 million yen (assuming 30 hours of overtime) ■ Monthly salary: 204,000-330,000 yen (no overtime) ■ Bonus: Average 4.4 months ★ Salary increase once a year (April) ★ Bonus twice a year (June and December)
Holidays	・2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays ・Summer holidays, New Year's holidays, Golden Week ・Founding anniversary ・Paid holidays, special holidays ・Maternity leave, childcare leave (available), refreshment leave) *About 125 days off per year (varies depending on the day of the week the holidays fall on)
