The sales person in charge of me not only looked into the cost aspects such as rent and moving expenses, but also looked for a property that would meet my wishes as much as possible, such as the type of room I wanted to live in, commuting time, and living area. He even arranged everything from the contract to the moving work. I can feel that I am being cared for, so I'm motivated to give back at work. Many of our engineers joined the company for simple reasons such as "I'm interested in manufacturing" or "I want to work in a manufacturing-related field." They all grow steadily and are active as professional manufacturing engineers. People who have a strong desire to improve their skills as an engineer and continue in this job for a long time seem to fit into our company's training environment and grow faster. Even if it wasn't your "first choice" before joining the company, as long as you have a passion for manufacturing, you can thrive in our environment. |
