As an IT Operation Engineer, you will ensure the smooth technical operations of our trading floor. This full-time, permanent role offers a chance to work closely with a multinational team! Description * Manage day-to-day technical operations and desktop support on the trading floor. * Deliver exceptional user support for Windows OS and end-user applications. * Drive issue escalation and problem management processes. * Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. * Communicate effectively with the regional Infra team and other stakeholders. * Operate telephony systems and support hardware/software deployment. Profile * Experience: At least 1 year in IT support, with a desire to become proficient in user support, networking, and server troubleshooting. Financial market data application knowledge is a plus. * Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Qualities: Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and a team player with good English and Japanese communication skills.
