We are currently looking for someone to assist the factory manager in the company's overseas factory in the Philippines and handle management tasks. We expect that you will play an active role as a factory manager at an overseas base in the future, and we look forward to receiving applications from people who want to work globally. [About the secondment] CASTEM Philippines Corporation ■ Number of employees: 581 (as of April 2022) * 4 Japanese staff members (including 1 executive) ■ Residence: Condominium corporate contract ■ Commuting: Driver included (commutes with other Japanese people) ■ Living environment: There are markets and restaurants for Japanese people within walking distance ■ Return home benefits: Yes (single: 3 times a year) [Process until assignment] After joining the company, you will spend about 1 to 3 months at the headquarters in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, learning the process and tasks while working on sales management, purchasing, business management, finance, and human resources, and then be assigned to the Philippines.
