Job Description |
I was assigned to China (solely owned Guangzhou factory) at the company, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime. We are looking for someone who can serve as the head of the administration department! Basically, you will be transferred as soon as you get your visa, but we can discuss this depending on the situation and convenience. The period of assignment is expected to be approximately 5 years, after which the decision whether to return to Japan or to be stationed in another country will be made based on your wishes and track record. *Recruitment background: There is a possibility that the current person will be reassigned. ■This time's work details and mission: ☆You will be in charge of all administrative departments under the general manager. (Role similar to general affairs manager/administration manager in Japan) ・Monthly company performance report submission, budgeting (business plan) and reporting (once every half year) *Factory cost summary ・Supervision of human resources and general affairs operations ・Communication and management with local staff *Approximately 5 local expatriates ■What you expect from this position: We are welcoming you as a candidate for a managerial position, so in addition to your background in accounting, we hope that you will have a management perspective as a manager, and that you will be able to interact with executives and promote better organizational management. ■Organizational structure of local base: Finance Department (total: 7 people) <Breakdown> ・Finance Department Head: 1 person ・Finance staff: 3 people ・System staff: 2 people ・Tax clerk: 1 person General Affairs Department (total: 10 people) <Breakdown> ・Director of General Affairs Department: 1 person ・General affairs section: 4 people (2 of them are company car drivers) ・Environmental safety staff: 3 people ・Human resource staff: 2 people |
