【Role and responsibilities】
• Be the first point of contact for our customers
• Creation of incident ticket as per customer input – Incident / Work Order
• Provide updates to the customer in Japanese (verbal/ written)
• Update of incident logging system as required by customer / CFT / Tier 2 / Tier 3
• Monitoring alarms and correspond them with remote support etc.
