仕事内容	Help support and accelerate Sales-related activities through accurately getting sales orders registered into SAP and closely monitoring production/shipment status in cooperation with SCM to make timely delivery to customers. SAPへの正確な受注登録、SCMと連携した生産・出荷状況のモニタリングを通じて、顧客へのタイムリーな納品を実現し、営業活動のサポートと加速を支援する。 Description 1. Device Order Handling including gathering all the relevant documents and Sales Order registration into SAP based on quotation made by Sales Reps. 2. Monitor production/shipment status on corresponding POs(Purchase Orders) issued by SCM team to track expected departure/arrival date to Japan 3PL. 3. Handle domestic logistics in close coordination with SCM and Tokyo SC to deliver complete set of devices to End Users in Japan. 4. Issue Invoices to dealers to complete cash-collection cycle. 5. Maintain data integrity of Sales Orders to put accurate device configuration in place and have latest estimate on expected Revenue Recognition date. 営業担当者が作成した見積書に基づき、関連書類の収集、SAPへのセールスオーダー登録を含む医療機器の注文の処理を行う。 SCMチームが発行した注文書の生産/出荷状況を監視し、日本の3PLへの出発/到着予定日を追跡する。 SCMおよび東京SC(サービスセンター)と緊密に連携し、日本のエンドユーザーに機器一式を届けるため、国内物流を処理する。販売店に請求書を発行し、現金回収サイクルを完了させる。 Profile Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)マイクロソフトオフィス中級レベル（エクセル、アクセス） Business Level English ビジネスレベルの英語力 Preferred SAP experience (SD/MM Module) SAP 経験者（SD/MMモジュール） Job Offer 1.
