仕事内容	An exceptional opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a thriving business services team, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Description * Identify and develop new customer relationships and projects across Japan * Enhance existing customer relationships and ensure long-term business continuity * Plan, coordinate, and execute direct sales negotiations and contract agreements * Provide clients with timely support, advice, and follow-ups * Coordinate project progress through to contract signing and Notice to Proceed * Deliver impactful presentations covering company profile, technical offerings, and sales proposals * Monitor and report on market trends and developments * Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fair Profile A successful Sales Manager should have: * University degree in a technical field or business-related discipline * Experience, ideally within sales or electrotechnical sectors * Strong understanding of electrotechnical systems; business acumen is a plus * Strong analytical, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills * Ambitious, forward-thinking, and highly committed professional * Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese Job Offer * Work in a high-impact, strategic sales role within a globally respected company * Competitive salary package with clear growth trajectory * Opportunity to shape the company's market presence in Japan To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
