仕事内容	An exciting opportunity awaits an individual with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for the role of Sr Manager Demand Planning in the life science industry. The successful candidate will oversee demand forecasting, maintain inventory levels, and lead supply chain improvements , while managing 2 Demand Planners. Description * Lead demand forecasting processes and ensure accuracy * Develop and maintain inventory levels in line with business goals * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for supply chain improvements * Analyze and interpret data to facilitate decision-making * Implement supply chain best practices and procedures * Monitor KPIs and take corrective action when necessary * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations * Provide leadership and guidance to the demand planning team Profile A successful Sr Manager Demand Planning should have: * Experience in demand planning and supply chain management * Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills * Strong leadership abilities * Proficiency in supply chain software and tools * A strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities Job Offer * A competitive salary ranging from ¥11,700,000 to ¥14,300,000 * A performance bonus of up to 25% * An inclusive and supportive company culture * The opportunity to work with a team of professionals in the life science industry If you are passionate about making a difference in the life science industry and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for the Sr Manager Demand Planning role.
