仕事内容	* Join a global pharmaceutical company as a Portfolio Project Manager, where you'll work with senior leadership and cross-functional brand teams to lead strategic launch planning and marketing transformation. This is a high-impact role driving operational excellence across product launches and portfolio projects in Japan. Description * Lead the implementation of the new launch excellence framework in Japan * Manage launch planning, readiness reviews, simulations, and cross-functional alignment * Coordinate transversal projects across global and local teams to optimize marketing operations * Drive innovation initiatives and transformation planning through structured governance and KPI tracking * Collaborate with internal stakeholders in commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, legal, and R&D functions * Monitor project progress and propose data-driven corrective actions as needed * Support marketing operation model design and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations Profile * Background in marketing, commercial, sales management, or project management * Experience working with global and local teams across functions * Strong understanding of Japan's healthcare environment and product launch landscape * Skilled in stakeholder management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination * Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency required (TOEIC 800+) Job Offer * This opportunity offers a strategic project leadership role with wide cross-functional exposure and career growth potential in a globally integrated environment.
