✤ The Business Development Manager will be able to function both independently and as a team player ✤ Responsible for working with the Global Account and Product Managemenet teams to define a strategy for Japan Automotive Market. This includes but not limited to: Strategy creation, product road mapping, driving product developments, positioning, marketing as well as customer voice collection. Description ✤ Work together with the account Management team, Empower & keep your team accountable for their project activities, and define a strategy for the Japan Automotive market based on knowledge of current and future customer product road-maps. ✤ Communicate roles, responsibilities, expectations, and goals to the team and business unit. ✤ Empower and hold the team accountable for project activities. ✤ Define and execute a strategy for the Japan Automotive market with the Account Management team. ✤ Collaborate with global product management to ensure alignment with the Japanese market and customers. ✤ Maintain and expand relationships with customer engineering organisations and key suppliers Profile ・Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field ・Team player ・Automotive OEM Account Management Or Product development ・Able to travel both domestic and international - up to 25% travel possible ・ Good communications skills (Both in English and Japanese) Job Offer * Competitive Benefits and compensation package * Potential for Learning and Development * Work-Life balance * Global Brand Recognition * Growth Potential To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
