A global beauty company is looking for an HRBP. The selected candidate will drive talent acquisition, upskilling, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: * Attract and recruit diverse talent by refining job descriptions and evaluating candidate profiles * Implement upskilling initiatives to ensure sustainable growth * Facilitate people reviews and strengthen succession pipelines * Utilise employee engagement survey findings to enhance employee-centric culture * Promote diversity and foster engagement * Manage HR initiatives, practices, and administration, including HR system operations Requirements: * More than 5 years of experience in human resources (generalist and HRBP) * Experience in a large, middle-scale, or international company * Proficient in MS Office Suite * Business level English (TOEIC 850+) |
