仕事内容 |
A global internet technology company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor. The selected candidate will manage employee relations cases, providing effective solutions and guidance to ensure positive workplace dynamics. This is a hybrid setup role. Responsibilities: * Manage ER cases, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and complex absences to successful resolution * Conduct independent investigations of HR-related concerns, applying critical thinking to analyse evidence * Provide counsel on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and regional employment practices * Maintain detailed ER case documentation, including investigation reports and issue analysis * Curate and deliver training to enhance HRBP and leader effectiveness in employee relations * Build partnerships with business leaders and HR Business Partners to sustain positive employee relations practices Requirements: * More than 5 years of employee relations experience * Practical experience in partnering with various key stakeholders * Understanding of the Asia Pacific employment law and regulatory frameworks * Ability to work within a complex, fast paced, and challenging business environment * Strong interpersonal communication skills |
