希少な栃木県内の案件です。Global企業にて人事部長をお任せいたします。 Description -Responsible for all strategic and operational HR related topics -Leads and develops the local HR Team -Close Collaboration with the global HR team by working on global HR strategies and initiatives to provide excellent HR work within the group -Partners with the business to gain a deep understanding of current needs and opportunities in order to derive fitting HR measures -Sets an attractive and comparative compensation policy in alignment with Group HR -Creates future-focused and effective leadership programs to cultivate a modern leadership culture -Steers annual HR planning processes e.g. headcount planning through partnering with Finance and Executive leadership team to develop staffing plans -Help shape the company's employer brand by crafting messaging that attracts top talent. This might involve content for the company website or social media. -Directs the recruiting/selection for candidates to fill vacancies. Ensure the quality of personnel hired, the effectiveness of recruiting and selection techniques and compliance with legislated requirements -Plan and conduct the new hire orientation, collaborating with relevant functional managers -Identify training needs and propose appropriate program -Develop and implement strategies that foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and enhance employee experience through, communication, recognition programs, and employee feedback -Expert on people-related policy, procedures, processes, legislation -Prepare HR budget and manage/control payroll related costs and headcount -Responsible for monthly reporting of headcount, payroll cost and org chart. -Responsible for global project assigned locally by HQ such as sustainability project and compliance training etc. -Responsible for all general affairs-related jobs including office administration and facility management -Responsible for documentation of shareholder and BOD meetings.
