仕事内容	Lead the E-commerce strategy for the Japan market, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and optimize digital marketing efforts. Work with a very dynamic and international team with open communication. Description * Lead E-commerce strategy and achieve sales targets. * Manage the P&L of the website and ensure smooth operations. * Oversee digital marketing activities and optimize SEM and SEO efforts. * Analyze web usage trends and improve site functionality. * Build and optimize reporting and business reviews. Profile * Bachelor's degree or higher with advanced proficiency in English and Japanese. * 5+ years of E-commerce experience with at least 2 years in management. * Solid experience in managing complex systems environment and P&L responsibility. * Experience with Salesforce systems and third-party platforms.
