| 仕事内容 |
The E-commerce Operation Specialist oversees sales planning, operational optimization, and website analysis to maximize sales potential, collaborating closely with the E-commerce Manager. There is a long-term career path for the person who will join the brand in this position. Description * Monitor various platforms to ensure seamless order fulfillment and troubleshoot any issues. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline shipping operations and maintain accurate inventory levels. * Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive long-term growth in the Japanese e-commerce market. * Coordinate with IT and marketing teams to optimize website performance and enhance online visibility through SEO and SEM strategies. Profile * Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Prior experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or supply/demand planning preferred. * Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
