仕事内容	大手外資系金融機関にて新卒採用担当のご案内です。在宅・フレックス勤務可能、グローバルな環境での就業です。 Description Perform routine operational or administrative work for campus recruiting under tight deadlines Participate in managing campus recruiting selection processes for new staff at new graduate level Providing support across the entire firm or to multiple business lines/areas for campus recruiting activities (domestic/international) Administer defined procedures, analyses, marketing events, and report preparation Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
