仕事内容 |
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment activities in Japan for the business unit of the organization you will be in charge of. Description * Work closely with hiring managers in making sure that the hiring strategies of the business unit are best for the current market * Ensure that the talent needs of each department is assessed properly and fulfilled in a timely manner * Utilize resources to attract talented individuals to join the organization * Assess the skills, experience and culture fit of potential employees * Lead initiatives and projects in the team assigned to ensure best practices in hiring * Provide a good experience to all potential employees from recruitment until offer stage Profile * Fluency in Japanese and business level in English OR Mandarin Chinese * Strong communication skills - be able to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders * At least 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience (in-house, agency or RPO are all welcome!) * Detail oriented and quick to adapt in a fast paced-environment * Can think outside of the box in solving problems Job Offer * Above market salary package * Collaborate with peers and colleagues overseas To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
