仕事内容	As an HR Generalist, you will be supporting the Japan team in day to day HR planning and execution. Description * Main contact person for HR * Internal and stakeholder management * Responsible for day to day HR management while working with the rest of the HR team * Make sure that policies are in line with local labor law * Ensure best practices are being upheld in all locations Profile * Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese * At least 5 years of HR experience, adeptly managing a wide array of start-up HR responsibilities. * Understanding of Japan's HR best practices, regulations, and employment statutes. * Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by a fervent commitment to shaping company culture. * Demonstrates outstanding communication, persuasive prowess, and analytical acumen.
