仕事内容	The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the shipping and logistics company. Description * Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks for shipping and logistics personnel. * Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring that new employees receive necessary training and information about company policies and procedures. * Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations. * Support employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures. * Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries. * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives tailored to the needs of the shipping and logistics industry. * Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, particularly in areas such as safety, compliance, and customer service. Profile * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
