仕事内容	We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Refund Counter Manager for our Tax-free shopping center located in Tokyo23. As the Refund Counter Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Refund Counter, overseeing key departments such as sales, IT, HR, and Finance. Description * Manage and optimize the Refund Counter operations, ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. * Oversee the entire refund process from issuing to refund, collaborating with various departments for process optimization. * Provide continuous improvement by ensuring compliance and delivering meaningful insights through data analysis. * Develop and maintain relationships with key departments including sales, IT, HR, and Finance. * Plan for future changes in the business landscape and implement strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions. Profile * Native level in Japanese speaker with fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in hospitality, travel, or F&B. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and support key departments. * Excellent analytical skills to leverage data for actionable insights. * Proactive mindset with the ability to foresee challenges and plan accordingly.
