Q13 Why are you leaving your present job?

I've enjoyed working at Pacific Chemicals. I've learned so much for the last three years. However, I feel I've learned as much as I can as a customer service representative. I'd like to be able to grow and want more challegnges, but that doesn't appear to be the situation there, at least for the foreseeable future. I thought the advertised position would be a great opportunity for me to apply my sales support skills and make a positive contribution. Could you tell me more about the position?

The job and the company have been wonderful. I've learned a lot about the offie equipment industry and have made some significant contributions by developing new OEM partnership. My employer is happy with my work, but recognizes that they have no position available for me to continue growing. We are parting on good terms. I'll always value the experience I acquired there and will be able to utilize it in this job.

※on good terms: 仲が良い。

As you probably have heard, my company is going through major restructuring worldwide. Unfortunately, I'm one of those 5,000 people who were let go. But I look at this as a new opportunity to apply my quality analysis skills in a different industry, one like yours. Could you tell me more about the position?
