I really liked my job, so I can't think of anything major I disliked.I wanted to be int he field making as many sales calls as possible because that was what I was hired for, but I had to spend considerable time doing paperwork. I realized the importance and need for documentation, but I though there was a better way to handle taht in th electronice age. After I left the last job, they automated the procedure and the salespeople can now send the information electronically from the field.

Well, it's not something I didn't like doing, but I wasn't sure if having the salesmen dependent on me so much was a good thing for them. Many salesmen in our sales office didn't want to write reports in English, so they always came to me for help. Sometimes I had to rewrite their reports entirely or write them from scratch. I didn't mind helping them. I wanted our sales team to do well and they were really thankful to me. They said teir bosses started giving them compliments about their reports. But I wasn't sure if they were benefiting in the ling run. They had to learn how to write reports on their own eventually if they wanted to grow.
