Job Description This is an administrative job for a trading company that procures timber from Southeast Asia, Africa, etc. and sells it to trading companies and wholesalers in Japan.

Arranging and checking import documents, coordinating with logistics companies

Adjusting delivery dates with customers, order processing

Customer information management and sales analysis using Excel, etc.

Company Info We are a trading company that imports and sells timber for construction. We have partner agreements with overseas timber manufacturing plants and have strengths in the areas of processing and procurement. With a strong network of Japanese trading companies and wholesalers as clients, and with the increasing demand for timber in recent years, we have achieved stable performance.
Working Hours Weekdays 9:00-17:30 or 8:30-17:00 (1 hour break)
