Job Description |
<Main duties> Arrangement and management of trucks, etc. when receiving orders and shipping products to domestic customers after receiving products from overseas ・Update delivery status to customers ・Communication with customers, bases (domestic and overseas), and warehouse personnel ・Propose and provide transport solutions to customers ・SLA/KPI management with customers ・Troubleshooting related to loading/unloading and delivery |
