Job Description |
[Assistant duties for senior and main staff] - Filing (registry-related documents such as certified copies of real estate registers, bank-related documents (details, etc.), contracts, etc.) - Payment agency for clients (based on instructions from asset management companies, reservation of payments via online banking, creation of payment slips, etc.) - Stamping assistance (based on instructions from asset management companies, stamping of contract-related documents, powers of attorney, accounting-related documents, etc.), document delivery, accounting assistance - Bookkeeping (using Yayoi Accounting and Kanjo Bugyo) - Preparation of tax returns for corporate tax, consumption tax, etc. (using Tatsujin tax return software) - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients - Communication with clients and asset management companies (confirmation of instructions, confirmation of payment, etc.) * Depending on the client, English may be used (basic template for monthly regular report emails, etc.; can be handled using translation software) |
