You will be responsible for the following tasks in the Accounting Planning Section of the Accounting Department. ◇Research and management of Japanese and US accounting standards (accounting processing), responding to the application of new accounting standards, considering accounting processing for complex transactions, and formulating accounting processing policies for new businesses (new products, corporate acquisitions, establishment of affiliated companies, etc.) ◇Establishing accounting processing and reporting processes, and handling various projects based on requests from business divisions ◇Concluding contracts with certified public accountants and managing entrusted matters, acting as a liaison for external audits, and handling matters related to internal control evaluations related to financial reporting (excluding work under the jurisdiction of the Internal Audit Department) ◇Supporting other sections within the Accounting Department *including settlement work ■Required work knowledge: *In addition to the required conditions listed separately, the following knowledge is also required. ◇Knowledge and experience related to accounting work, such as accounting, financial statements and financial reporting, and internal control evaluation related to financial reporting, focusing on Japanese and US accounting standards (partial experience is acceptable) ◇Knowledge or practical experience in finance and accounting related to Japanese and US accounting standards, financial statements based on the Insurance Business Act and the Companies Act, and reporting to the parent company (Aflac Incorporated) (partial experience is acceptable) ◇Knowledge or practical experience in understanding and operating the internal control evaluation model (COSO) (partial experience is acceptable) ◇Knowledge or experience in project support (PMO) (partial experience is acceptable) ■Work environment: In addition to actively introducing remote work, labor management is thorough throughout the company, so you can work with a sense of balance. |
