| Job Description |
* Lead and manage sales performance across more than 50 retail stores, ensuring achievement of sales targets and implementing sales strategies. * Responsibilities include allocation, distribution planning, sales analysis, product training, competitor research, event planning, and buying support. Description * Review daily sales of all stores to meet sales targets and budget. * Develop and implement distribution plans based on merchandising strategy. * Conduct weekly sales analysis, product training, and competitor research. * Plan and execute events and pop-up activities. * Provide buying support and maintain strong communication with headquarters. Profile * Experience in merchandising or related roles. * Proficiency in retail business, especially in luxury or brand contexts. * Experience in leading retail stores and developing personalized retail strategies. * Strong numerical skills, interpersonal communication, and team player mentality. * Fluent in both English and Japanese with experience working in multinational environments.
