Job Description NISADE handles the management and operation of various condominium hotels and villas from the buildings it builds.

[Main duties]
- Assist hotel directors in interviewing, orienting, and training hotel staff to maximize revenue.
・Assist the hotel director in planning training programs to improve employee work skills and performance.
・Work with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute strategies to grow the business.
- Coordination between various departments within the hotel (Reservations Team, Maintenance, Owner Liaison, Housekeeping Team, Accounting Team) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
・Monitor hotel accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase invoices
・Receive monthly reports of management association and PNL reports from the accounting department
- Perform hotel cleaning/linen inspection, confirm available inventory, and stock control with housekeeping manager.
・Hotel managers should always receive feedback from staff and guests and report it to the hotel director on a monthly basis.
・Preparation of reports and associated meetings with hotel directors
- Takes initiative to ensure actions and decisions reflect NISADE's values and ensure all subordinates' performance is in line with company standards.
- Propose a strategic plan for the hotel covering short-term and long-term goals to improve the hotel's revenue and service quality.

• Carpentry, electrical and equipment experience
• Ordinary driver's license
