Job Description |
▪ Review various types of video content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality. ▪ Thoroughly monitor, classify and /or eliminate sensitive and inappropriate content such as Pornography, Violence, Human Trafficking, Drugs, Alcohol, etc. ▪ Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client's operation. ▪ Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users. ▪ Enforce Live-Streaming Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site. ▪ Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and Community Standards. ▪ Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal development in the role. |

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree and above Experience: Call center experience & Fresh grade able to apply Skills & Ability: ▪ Strong emotional intelligence and emotional resilience as well as a great eye for detail. ▪ Able to adapt to the constantly changing digital technology environment. ▪ Good analytical skills. ▪ Optimistic, resilient and a good team player. ▪ A high affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported. |
